The complexe is situated in a quiet area amidst beautiful green nature, approx. 200 mt. from the centre of lipari and a few steps from the sea.
DESCRIPTION:
In order to offer you a pleasant and relaxing holiday in the Aeolian Island, the residential hotel, built in aeolian architecture has mini - apartments equiped with the modem comfort (TV, air conditioning, telephone, bathrooms). The apartments can accomodate from 2 to 6 persons. The rooms have large patios or balconies.
SERVICES:
The treatment offered is like that of a hotel and includes daily cleaning, bed linen and towels and breakfast in the terrace of our hall.
The proximity to the centre and the port makes it easy to travel without need of the car which can stay at the free parking place of the Residence.
