Thanks to its unique location on the coast of the Gulf of Orosei and protected by the mountains on the east, this area enjoys one of the mildest climate of Sardinia.

DESCRIPTION:

The Hotel residential, of new costrution in the vicinity of Cala Liberotto, cities of the most beautiful of Orosei, in a strech of coast characterized by a continuous series of coves of white sand and cliffs of pink granite. The village, comprising 176 units of which 146 apartments, 29 double rooms and 1 single is distributed to 7 bodies, working formula residence and hotels.

The apartments types are:

Studio 2: Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom. 

Studio 4: Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, double bed sleeping area, bathroom. 

Two-room-apt. 4: Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, garden or balcony. 

Three-room apt. A6: Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, garden or balcony rivato. 

Three-room apt. B6: Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, private garden or balcony.

The hotel rooms have all air conditioning, colour TV, telephone, minibar, safe and a bathroom with shower. The sea is only 1200 meters away.
