From the B&B it is not far to the hospital San Giovanni / Sorrows, the Policlinico Umberto 1 � and the university town of Wisdom. In about 5 min. walk there is the metro A and tuscolana station directly connected to the airport Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci).

The house has a wide garden with wonderful, centuries-old lindens (in which you can have breakfast during summer), a comfortable living-room (with TV and free Internet connection) and it offers to the guest, togheter with modern services and family management, a quiet and relaxing environment. The house "BB Vinicius et Mita" has wide, classically furnished bedrooms with view on the garden, bathrooms inside. Each bedroom has an insect screen or paddle airing on the ceiling and thermal insulating windows. The Bedrooms are on two floors: an elevated floors and a first floor without elevator.
