Our flat is a perfect base for a party wishing to explore the breathtaking beauty of the Eternal City. Sunny, 4th floor apartment with lift in an elegant building with private courtyard. There is a view of a church dome from one window. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Easy to reach most of Rome's tourist destinations on foot or by public transport. We are always on hand for any requests or help that you may need. Key pick-up will be arranged before arrival.
10 minutes from st, Peter's square, the property is perfect for a medium sized party that wishes to explore Rome on foot. A car is not essential as everything is within easy reach. The area is full of characteristic restaurants, bars and take away food places. If you want to cook yourself, there is a grocer's just around the corner.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and 2 single beds.

Bedroom 2 with double bed and 1 single bed.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: Large living room with 2 sofas (1 is a sofabed). Dining table for 7/8 people and chairs. TV and DVD player and lamps. Maps and books about Rome.

linen/maid service: All towels and linen is included. The apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you leave. If you wish extra cleaning or linen change, we can arrange it at an extra charge.
