The above prices are in € per week, based on a two people sharing and include TAXES, VAT, air conditioning (6 hours daily), linen and towels changed every week and kitchen use. The cleaning of the kitchen or kitchen corner has to be done by the client, otherwise an extra cost of € 35,00 will be charged.

EXTRA ON REQUEST:

  • Extra bed (even in sofa bed) and/or cot: € 70,00 per week
  • Continental breakfast : € 11,00 per person per day
  • External parking free
  • Internal parking guarded 24h: € 10,00 per day
  • Small pets: € 35,00 per week (blanket must be brought by client)
FORMULA RESIDENCE CLUB CARD - on request - Period: 25.05. - 13.10.
Weekly supplement of € 50,00 per person, per week, for use of the swimming pool with sun-longers and use of sun-bathing platform with sun-umbrella.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For weekly booking € 150,00 per apartment, has to be paid in advance. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay.
